  • Nous vous présentons notre plan sanitaire proposé par l’ASSQ et approuvé par la direction de la Santé publique, il est maintenant possible d’avoir un portrait clair de l’hiver selon le niveau d’alerte dans lequel se situe la station.
  • Our Covid-19 conscience contract will be modified according to the rules which are constantly evolving. In the event of major changes, we will notify you on our Facebook page and via email.

SKI VALLÉE BLEUE IS CURRENTLY IN THE RED ZONE

VISITORS RESIDING IN THE RED ZONE MUST APPLY THE RED ZONE RULES AT THE STATION

Tous les cours sont annulés, au minimum jusqu’au  8 février.  À la reprise, seul les gens qui étaient inscrits à des cours pourront se réinscrire.  Nous contacterons les gens qui étaient inscrits par ordre d’inscription.
 

SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19

Il est interdit de se présenter à la station si :

  • you have symptoms similar to those of Covid-19;
  • you have come into contact with someone positive for COVID-19; and or
  • you have traveled outside the country in the last 14 days.

Consultez la santé publique dans les plus bref délais.

At the start of the season, each snow school subscriber and client must complete the Covid-19 protocol commitment form, which will be emailed to you via our Activity Messenger application.

In addition, during your visits to the station, you may have to answer questions related to COVID-19.

INTERREGIONAL TRAVEL

  • Interregional travel is not recommended to or from a red or orange zone.
  • However, the government encourages the practice of physical activity in free practice for the good of health. If you decide to move from one region to another, you must follow the rules applicable to your region of residence.
  • It is everyone's responsibility to follow public health guidelines in order to end this pandemic as quickly as possible and to allow us to practice our favorite sport throughout the winter.

PASSES

Holders of an all-weather season pass, new parents, every second Sunday, school passes, parent passes and week passes will have priority for skiing and access to the interior of the chalet. That is to say :

  • That you won't have to make a reservation for your ticket.
  • That you can go directly to the chairlifts on the days of validity of your subscription.
  • Inside the chalet
    • as the number of places is limited, season pass holders will have priority access to the chalet;
    • to access the chalet you will need to carry your pass with you in order to gain access through the SKIDATA entrance gate;
    • If you do not have a pass or ticket giving you access to the chalet, you will not be able to enter;
  •  
  • If you forgot your subscription, go to the outdoor ticket office and we will give you a $ 4 returnable day pass that will give you the same access.
  • Il vous sera possible d’inviter vos amis selon vos cartes Skiez le Québec sans réservation.  Vous devrez vous présenter à la billetterie avec votre carte Skiez le Québec et nous remettrons à votre invité(e) une carte journalière consignée de 4 $, avec accès au chalet.
  • If you lose your pass, you will be charged a replacement fee of $ 15.

N.B. 1: It is important to be aware of our SKI GARANTEE.  Nous vous avons offert une extension jusqu’au 20 décembre afin de prendre votre décision en lien avec la prochaine saison.

N.B. 2 : Nous avons déjà atteint notre limite d’abonnement pour la prochaine saison.  Nous réservons les passes restantes aux élèves de l’école sur neige.  Par contre, nous avons une liste d’attente à laquelle vous pouvez vous inscrire si vous désirez vous procurer une passe de saison.

DAILY TICKETS

  • The number of tickets available per day will be limited and they will be for sale online only (the platform is not yet ready, from here you can go directly to the outdoor ticket office).
  • Nous avons une nouvelle tarification de billets journaliers, dont des billets avec accès aux remontées uniquement.  Tous les détails sont HERE
  • If you purchased your ticket online, you will need to stop by the box office on your first visit to obtain your access card and pay your deposit of $ 4 per card.
  • On subsequent visits, you will only have to reload your card online and you will be ready to ski without having to go to the ticket office.

Vous êtes détenteur de billets avec accès extérieur ou vous préférez ne pas entrer dans le chalet : nous avons innové avec plusieurs installations extérieures pour améliorer votre expérience et égayer votre journée, tel que

  • Un igloo chauffé d’une quarantaine de place à compter du 1er février;
  • picnic tables at all times;
  • 2 heated outdoor toilets;
  • 0 x 10 tents for the waiting lines;
  • patio heaters (not available in the red zone).

SANITARY RULES ACCORDING TO YOUR ZONE

VISITORS FROM ONTARIO AND OTHER PROVINCES

In order to protect our customers and employees, visitors from another province will be denied access to the mountain, unless they show proof of residence in the area.

LIFTS

Mountain and customer of the green, yellow or orange zone:

  • The use of ski lifts by users of the same household is privileged, but remains permitted for users who do not live under the same roof.
  • Le port du couvre-visage est obligatoire dans les files d’attente et dans les remontées pour les skieurs de 3 ans et plus (le couvre-visage de type cache-cou est accepté, référez-vous à la section PORT DU COUVRE-VISAGE plus bas pour les détails).
  • The distance of 2 meters must be respected in the queues.

Mountain in the red zone or for customers coming from the red zone:

  • Only members of the same household can share a chair.
  • For users not residing under the same roof, the boarding capacity will be one user per chair.

ACCÈS AU CHALET

Mountain and customer of the green, yellow or orange zone:

  • At the entrance, employees will take care of assigning you a table.
  • Plan to wait when you enter, while respecting the 2 meters.
  • If the chalet is not full, you can relax and take the time you want.
  • When the chalet is full, we ask for your cooperation in respecting the time limit of 30 to 45 minutes indoors in order to make room for the following.
  • Nous avons dû retirer tous les crochets pour vos manteaux dans le chalet, nous les avons positionnés sous les tables pour y mettre vos casques.  Vous devrez soit garder votre manteau sur vous ou le déposer sur le banc ou sur votre table.
  • Vous ne pourrez laisser vos sacs, boîtes à lunch, bottes ou effets personnels dans le chalet.  Vous pourrez venir vous y habiller et ensuite apporter vos effets à votre voiture.
  • All bags that will be left in the chalet will be left on the terrace by our employees.
  • Make the most of our outdoor spaces designed to warm up.

Mountain in the red zone or for customers coming from the red zone:

  • The chalet will serve as a refuge to warm up.
  • At the entrance, a hostess will take care of assigning you a table.
  • Plan to wait when you enter, while respecting the 2 meters.
  • The restaurant service will be open for take-out only and you will need to eat outside or in your car.
  • It will not be possible to eat your lunches or your restaurant meal inside the chalet.
  • The rest period indoors should be restricted to 15 minutes.
  • Access to indoor toilets will be possible and there will be facilities for 2 heated toilets outside.

RESTAURANT LA BONNE BOUFFE

Mountain and customer of the green, yellow or orange zone:

  • At the entrance, a hostess will take care of assigning you a table.
  • Operation has been completely revised to improve speed and your experience.
  • No more than one person per family in the line to place your orders.
  • You will need to tell the cashier your table number.
  • The cashier will give you your soups and beverages and a waiter will bring you your food.
  • When you leave your table, please empty your trays and return the poster indicating that your table needs to be disinfected.

Mountain in the red zone or for customers coming from the red zone:

  • The restaurant service will be open for take-out only and you will need to eat outside or in your car.
  • It will not be possible to eat your lunches or your restaurant meal inside the chalet.

LUNCHS

Mountain and customer of the green, yellow or orange zone:

  • A hostess will assign you a table on the Mezzanine.
  • Note that at all times, it will be forbidden to leave your personal effects in the chalet (including your lunch boxes). We therefore invite you to leave your lunch in your car.

Mountain in the red zone or for customers coming from the red zone:

  • It will not be possible to eat your lunches or your restaurant meal inside the chalet.
  • A "take out" catering offer will be available and you can eat outside or in your car.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Mountain and customer of the green, yellow or orange zone:

  • Il est possible de vous changer dans le chalet, mais vous ne pourrez laisser vos effets personnels dans le chalet.  Votre voiture deviendra votre casier.

  • All bags that will be left in the chalet will be left on the terrace by our employees.
  • No locker available this year.
  • We had to remove all the hooks for your coats in the chalet.
  • Hooks have been installed under the tables to hang your helmets.
  • We recommend that you arrive "ready to ski" or get dressed in your car.

Mountain in the red zone or for customers coming from the red zone:

  • Il est possible de vous changer dans le chalet, mais vous ne pourrez laisser vos effets personnels dans le chalet.  Votre voiture deviendra votre casier.

  • All bags that will be left in the chalet will be left on the terrace by our employees.

SNOW SCHOOL

Mountain and customer of the green, yellow or orange zone:

  • Il est possible pour les clients de la zone verte,  jaune et orange de suivre des cours de groupes, privés et forfaits d’initiation.

  • Wearing a neck warmer-type face cover * is compulsory for all skiers aged 3 and over, for the duration of the lesson.

  • The number of registrations has been reduced.
  • The ratios of students per instructor have been reduced.

  • 1 à 2 élèves par moniteur pour les 5 ans et moins.

  • 3 students per instructor for ages 6 to 8.

  • The schedules have been changed to spread out the departures of group lessons, thereby reducing peak traffic at the foot of the slopes, at the lifts and in the chalet.

* This could be a neck warmer, muffler, balaclava, or other tight fitting garment covering the nose and mouth. This garment should be made of at least 2 layers of close knit fabric and be large enough to completely cover the mouth and nose.

RENTAL

  • Regardless of the alert level, rental will be offered.

  • Measures will be put in place to control the number of customers, limit contact and respect distancing.

  • The equipment will be disinfected after each use.

  • We strongly recommend that you make the reservation of equipment by email at info@valleebleue.com

LOCKERS

For this year, there will be no seasonal lockers available.

SKI GARANTEE

Following the purchase of your 2020-2021 subscription or group course, you will have until December 20, 2020 to postpone to the next season or obtain a full refund, without any justification.

In the event of a complete cessation of Vallée Bleue operations due to a government decree, you will have the choice of obtaining a credit for the following season or a refund, all calculated on a pro rata basis, namely:

  • n the first 20 opening days of the season: 75%
  • 21 to 40 opening days: 50%
  • 41 to 60 business days: 30%
  • 61 days and more open: 0%

Note that the compensation process will be initiated upon confirmation of complete and permanent closure. The customer will have up to 30 days after the final closure of the resort for the 2020-2021 season to notify info@valleebleue.com in writing of a request for reimbursement rather than a credit which would be automatically applied.

N, B. : In the case of a complete closure required by the government, a credit or refund for the vacation rental will be applied according to the criteria indicated above. For lessons, if it is not possible to postpone them later in the season, a credit or refund will be applied in proportion to the services rendered.

 

LESSONS GARANTEE

In the event of a government decree, pro-rata measures will apply for the reimbursement of fixed-date courses already paid. Unscheduled lessons (private block of hours) will be carried over to the following season.

Note that the compensation process will be initiated upon confirmation of complete and permanent closure. The customer will have up to 30 days after the final closure of the resort for the 2020-2021 season to notify info@valleebleue.com in writing of a request for reimbursement rather than a credit which would be automatically applied.

HEALTH RULES FOR ALL

WEARING A FACE COVER

Provide 2 different face covers: one for the interior (procedural mask or artisanal mask) and one for the exterior (neck warmer type *).

  • Inside all our buildings (cabins, shop, rental, toilets, etc.):
    Wearing a face cover is compulsory for anyone aged 10 or over.
  • In the ski lifts and in the queues
    Le port du couvre-visage* est obligatoire dès l’âge de 3 ans.  Nous vous recommandons de changer votre couvre visage extérieur lorsque mouillé pour un sec.
  • During a snow school lesson
    Wearing a neck warmer-type face cover * is compulsory for all skiers aged 3 and over, for the duration of the lesson.

* This could be a neck warmer, muffler, balaclava, or other tight fitting garment covering the nose and mouth. This garment should be made of at least 2 layers of close knit fabric and be large enough to completely cover the mouth and nose.

FREQUENT HAND WASHING

  • At the entrance of the chalet, rental, snow school.
  • Before shopping in our store.
  • At the exit of the bathrooms.

PHYSICAL DISTANCIATION OF 2 METERS

  • Partout dans le chalet

PAYMENT METHOD

Opt for contactless card (debit, credit) at points of sale.

Failure to comply with the guidelines mentioned on this page could result in eviction from the Vallée Bleue Ski Center, without reimbursement.

Vallée Bleue protocols have been established in connection with:
  • public health guidelines;
  • the health plan of the Association of Quebec ski resorts; and
  • CNESST and INPSQ.
